2) Do I have to register to shop at one sky ?

You don’t need to sign up or create an account in order to browse and purchase items from One Sky. You can simply log in as a guest, and you still have full access to everything we offer.

3) How do I Place a return Request  ?

It’s great to have you here. Now, let’s talk about returns. We all know that sometimes our fashion choices don’t quite match up with reality. So, if a customer wants to return an item, they should:

4) How do I place a cancellation Request ?

To place a cancellation request for your order, you can reach out to us either by calling us or by sending an email. We understand that circumstances may change and are here to assist you. Rest assured that if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will fulfill your cancellation request within 24 hours. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you with the cancellation process.

5) I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund ? 

Thank you for choosing our Cash on Delivery option. To process your refund, we offer two options: E-vouchers and NEFT transfers. If you opt for an NEFT transfer, we will require the following details:
- Bank Name
- Account Holder Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Branch Name

Please provide the above details so that we can initiate the refund process promptly and ensure that your money is returned to you in a timely manner. We value your satisfaction as our customer, and we want to make sure that your refund is processed smoothly.

6) Is it possible to get an NEFT refund if I paid through Credit/Debit card or Netbanking ?

Cash on delivery (COD) orders placed with us are eligible for refunds only when processed through the National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) mode. Any payment made through other modes such as credit/debit cards or net banking will be refunded in the corresponding mode of payment. All refunds will be subject to processing times and bank clearance.

7) How long will it take me to receive the refund of my product ?

In general, our refund process takes anywhere between 5-7 working days to complete. If you have made a Cash on Delivery order, we offer two options for refunds – either in the form of E-vouchers that can be used for future purchases on our site or through NEFT transfer to your bank account.

Rest assured, we are committed to resolving this matter as quickly as possible for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

8) If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced ?

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If you received a wrong product, please make a request for a replacement within 15 days of receiving your goods. You also have the option to get a refund instead.

9) Why was my order cancelled by ONE SKY ?

We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
- If the product is out of stock or is discontinued
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing or technical information. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

10) How do I pay with an e-Gift Voucher ?

Go to OneSkyshoppe.in and pick the items you want to buy. Once you reach our Payment Center page, enter your “One Sky Discount Code” in the field marked “Discount code” payment option. Then, type in your voucher number and click Apply. The discount will be automatically applied to the order total. If the amount of your coupon doesn’t cover the full cost of your order, you’ll have to make up the difference by picking additional options.

11) Is there a limit on how many e-Gift Vouchers that can be used per order ?

Unfortunately, you are limited to using only one e-Gift Voucher per order. You won’t be able to double-up or combine vouchers during the same transaction.

12) Does my e- Voucher expires ?

All e-Vouchers must be used within ninety days from the date of their issuance, or they will become invalid and void. After the expiration date has passed, these vouchers can no longer be redeemed for goods and services.

13) Can I modify my delivery address ?

Your address can be modified only before your order is at the “Processing” stage. Just click on the ‘Edit Address’ button and enter your new address information into the field. To remove an address, select ‘Remove Address’.

14) Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery.

Currently, this feature is not available. You can check the product only after you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by contacting our customer care team.

15) What is ONE SKY 14-day Return Policy ?

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another color, or a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged, or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 14 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Submit a request to care@onesky.in and include your order number to start the process & reason. We’ll happily provide a replacement within 7 days as per the stock availability.

16) What are the modes of payment for purchasing on One sky ?

We accept the following payment methods:
- Debit/credit cards
- Online banking accounts from major banks
- Cash payment upon delivery
- E-vouchers

17) What is COD (Cash On Delivery)? Are there any additional charges for COD Orders?

We offer free cash on delivery with no additional fees. COD stands for Cash On Delivery, which is great for people who don’t have a Credit/Debit card or prefer not to shop online. With One Sky, you can place an order and then pay in cash when the item is delivered. Not all deals/products have COD available, so check the deal page before purchasing. Also, note that COD might not be available on high-value items.

18) Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by One sky ?

No, you do not have to pay anything additional to the delivery person. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

19) My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do ?

Shipping costs are specified on the product page. Some products qualify for free shipping while others might have a nominal charge depending on the item and your location. Detailed shipping information will be displayed at checkout.

20) Why am I being charged GST ?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account on the One Sky website and accessing the 'My Orders' section.
