For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 24 hours. OneSky is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 4-6 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the shipping date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address specified by the buyer at the time of placing the order. OneSky is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Free shipping is not applicable for international shipping. For international buyers, orders are shipped through registered international courier companies within 2-4 working days. Exchange & Return Information
Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to specific conditions based on the product and promotion.
Defective or Incorrect Products: Any issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Reverse Shipment Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs 70 will be charged and deducted from the refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received. Refund time period will be 10-14 days.
Exchanges: For exchanges, your original product will be picked up first. Once it arrives at our warehouse, the exchange product will be dispatched. This process may take 15-20 days.
Ineligible Products: Items purchased during special sales, with free product offers, or under BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotions are not eligible for returns.
