DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 24 hours. OneSky is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 4-6 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the shipping date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address specified by the buyer at the time of placing the order. OneSky is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free shipping is not applicable for international shipping. For international buyers, orders are shipped through registered international courier companies within 2-4 working days. OneSky is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 3-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the shipping date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address mentioned by the buyer in the order. OneSky is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. If customs duty is applicable in your selected country of shipping, it must be borne by the customer. Duties may vary from country to country. Customs clearance is not the responsibility of OneSky. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to comply with the customs clearance process, payments, and any laws and regulations prevailing in their own countries.
